It's been about a year since I last saw you. I have been missing you like crazy. I look at all the pictures of us together and I can't fight back the tears. I think about you and I wonder if you think about me. I hear from friends that you have moved on. I keep hearing about it again and again. It just brings more tears. How can you move on? It took some time for me to realize that you were always there for me. You were there when I needed you. You never left my side. Even when things were rough. You never left. I didn't know then that you were saving me. You were keeping my spirits up. Making sure i was ok. I never thanked you for that. But I'm thanking you now. Thank You. Thank You for never giving up on me.For believing in me. Thank You for never leaving, making sure I was ok, and making me laugh. I didn't understand it then but I get it now. I get that you cared and wanted to protect me. All I can say is "Thank You"
